The State Duma of the Russian Federation will consider a draft law on toughening the responsibility for attracting children and adolescents to actions and rallies that take place unauthorized.

The group of deputies, who proposed such amendments to the current legislation, notes that the law should protect minorsAfter all, being in the place of an unauthorized rally, they are in grave danger.

If the organizer of the action is a legal entity, it is planned to fine it on half a million rubles.

If the "instigator" is an individual, the penalty will be from 30 to 50 thousand rubles. The punishment, according to the bill, can be replaced by mandatory work for up to 100 hours or administrative arrest for up to 15 days.

Officials who “lead” an unauthorized rally or gathering in a public place will have to pay a fine for children to attend the event. from 50 to 100 thousand rubles.

To fix the violation and draw up reports will be police officers. To consider the issue of sentencing - the judge.

The bill was supported by the Commissioner for Children's Rights, Anna Kuznetsova, who stated that it is unacceptable "manipulate the minds of children".
