Russian women will be able to receive grants for opening child care groups

Labor Minister Maxim Topilin said that soon Russian women will be provided grants for opening home care groups for children.

Funds from the state budget are earmarked and can only be used for the purchase of children's furniture, equipment, toys and educational devices.

The decision is due to the fact that not all populated areas of the country have enough kindergartens, and the need for them is growing.

Project programs that are currently being developed by the Ministry of Labor suggest that home groups will help to solve the problem. other parents will be able to bring their children for a full day.

The mother herself, who wants to lead such a group, will have to undergo a retraining or advanced training program if she has a pedagogical education.

It is planned that the first grants under the federal program "Demography" will be highlighted as early as 2020.
