With flashing lights and escorts: the rules for the transportation of children change from July 1
Organized groups of children will now have to be transported in accordance with the new rules.
From July 1, 2018 The amendments made to the Rules of the Road in Russia, as well as the Rules for the transport of groups of children by buses come into force.
Apart from the fact that increased requirements will be imposed on the units of transport and their technical condition, buses with children will now need to be installed flashing beacon yellow or orange.
If children go to camp or to compete on a bus without a corresponding beacon on the roof of the vehicle, the carrier will have to pay a large fine - from 25 to 100 thousand rubles.
The driver, who drove the bus, will also be fined 3,000 rubles.
Pre-registration permits for beacons is not required.
The changes were made after a series of incidents with children's transport, which began to occur more frequently in the last three years. Question child safety is a priority.
