Scientists talked about the best and worst month for conceiving a baby

American scientists from Indiana University were able to calculate which months should be considered the best, and which - the worst for conceiving babies.

These calculations were based on data from a study that analyzed data on 270,000 newborns born in the United States over the past five years.

The best month to conceive a heir or heiress, was recognized December. But the most unfortunate and unfavorable month for conception, scientists called June.

According to researchers, children conceived at the very end of the year, in December, have better health and high adaptive and compensatory abilities of the body. The smallest health among the examined babies was shown by crumbs conceived in June.

Such conclusions are not unfounded: mid-term of pregnancy plays a big role in influencing the health of children. The “equator” of pregnancy in women who conceived in December is in the warm season, when a woman does not suffer from vitamin D deficiency due to the abundance of sunny days. A sufficient concentration of this vitamin partially reduces the risks of some congenital diseases of the fetus.

Women who conceived in summer almost immediately begin to consume a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables, as experts advise, and with them gradually poison the body with pesticides, nitrates, nitritesthat affects the health of the child. Unfortunately, today's realities are such that it is almost impossible to find “clean” fruits and vegetables in developed and developing countries.

Conceived in June, according to American pediatricians, have a weaker immunity, they often get sick, about 35% of children conceived in the first summer month, according to researchers, have congenital diseases. Statistics confirmed by medical records of children who participated in the study.

The results of the study are now being prepared for official scientific publication in one of the medical publications of the United States, the Commission of the Academy of Pediatrics of the United States of America has already read them, and the work carried out by Indiana University experts is recognized decent and persuasive in order to be of a formal recommendatory character.
