What law prescribes the rules of transportation?
The rules of the road there is paragraph 22.9, which describes the requirements for the transport of young passengers in the front seat. According to him, parents must ensure the baby a safe stay in the car, that is, to operate the car only in good condition. This item does not prohibit the transportation of children, but only requires to take into account the design features of vehicles.
Children under the age of 12 can travel in a car only if it has standard seat belts and a special restraint. Car seat or booster should take into account the physiological features of the child. Installing a car seat with airbags
Installing a child car seat in a car equipped with airbags is allowed only to face the direction of travel. Such a setting is spelled out in the technical regulations, which states that the airbag will seriously harm the child if it is located with its back to the movement.
This technical regulation has an amendment that states that a child may be placed in a car seat with his back to movement if the car is equipped with an airbag sensor response system. This system is able to determine the direction of placement of the device and in the event of an emergency, disable the operation of the pillow.
Not all people agree with the requirement of traffic rules to disable the airbag in the case of installing a chair against the motion. They believe that this safety measure is designed to preserve the life of the child, and its absence will cause irreparable harm. Types of restraints

The frame car seat is a product equipped with special fasteners and seat belts. Depending on the height, weight and age of the child, car seats are divided into five groups: 0, 0-1, 1, 2, 3. All designs of these groups can be installed in the front seat, but products 0 and 0+ can be placed only against the stroke movement.
The booster is intended for use by children over 8 years old. The product consists of a hard seat, which has no back. Its height allows you to lift the child so that his head is located above the car seat. The passenger is fixed with standard seat belts that securely hold the position of the child.
Adapters are a kind of regulator for standard seat belts. After the construction is fixed on the children's body, it takes the form of a triangle, which gives it a second name. The adapter-triangle can only be carried in the car in the backseat, as it does not have side protective elements.
Frameless car seat is a rag fixture, which is devoid of a rigid frame. This product can only be installed in the backseat, as the device has a low safety record.
Age restrictions and fine
No law regulates the minimum age at which a child can be seated in the front seat in a special restraint. However, it is known that the carriage of children in the front passenger seat without the participation of retaining structures is allowed to adolescents who have reached the age of 12 years.
It should be understood that babies should be only in the car cradles that can be installed exclusively against the course of the movement. At the same time it is necessary to disable the automatic activation of the airbag, and the seat itself to move back.
