Operating principle

Carbocysteine in the composition of the Bronhobos has a mucolytic action. It activates the work of goblet cells in the mucous membrane of the bronchial tree, affecting the production of enzymes by these cells. As a result of this influence, the characteristics of the bronchial secretions are normalized, and the mucus becomes less viscous. In addition, Bronchobos positively affects the state of the structure of the mucous membrane and the function of the epithelium (ciliated cells). The positive effect of the drug on the secretion of immunoglobulin A in mucus is also noted.
