Stir all ingredients, spread mass with a spoon on a baking sheet, forming small flat cakes. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  3. Oatmeal cookies on kefir. Take half a glass of kefir at room temperature, add 100 g of oatmeal to it and let it swell for 40-50 minutes. Next, take 10 grams of raisins, walnuts and sunflower seeds. Soak the raisins in warm water, and chop the seeds and nuts to crumbs. Add nuts, seeds, raisins (without liquid) and 1-2 teaspoons of honey to the swollen oatmeal. Mix well, put the mass with a spoon on a parchment or silicone mat.
